Simply fill the bulb with water, firmly twist on the auto-spray nozzle, comfortably insert using water-based lubricant, then press and hold the power button to begin douching. No more squeezing a bulb and no more back flow! The user may refill the bulb and repeat the douching process as needed. Please clean before and after each use with toy cleaner. To charge, please insert the pin charger into the back of the douche nozzle.

Was a little nervous trying this but the bulb holds plenty of water and the nozzle twists on tight with no leaks. Pressing the bulb gives a steady, controlled spray instead of a messy rush, and cleanup afterward took barely a minute.

The twist-on nozzle stays put when you press the bulb, which was my main worry. Filling it is easy enough, though the bulb takes a couple of squeezes to empty fully. Does the job and cleans up quickly.
