The Crazy 8's twist is what sold my group — way more fun than a standard drinking game because you're actually strategizing between sips. We played three rounds at a birthday party and nobody wanted to stop.
Brought this out at a girls' night and the Crazy 8's twist had everyone groaning and laughing within the first round. The rules card is short enough that we didn't waste ten minutes figuring out how to play.
Brought this out at a birthday pregame and the drinking rules had everyone laughing within two rounds. Docked a star because a couple of the card prompts felt repetitive, but the Crazy 8's format keeps it moving fast.
